Mt. Baldy fail.
So our journey to the top of Mt. Baldy was stopped short. We forgot the map and missed a trail that we were supposed to go on. Fail. Although we missed it, we found some greats places to go off trail and also was introduced to “downhill pebble skiing”. We definitely won’t miss the trail next time. 
Definitely going to snowboard up here next season

Best Southern California Hiking Trail: Mt. Baldy via Manker Flats
9 mile hike with 4000’ gain. I havent done anything like this yet, but this was voted the best So Cal Hiking Trail. It is also the highest point in LA County and San Gabriel mountain range. I’d like to take pictures at the highest point in So Cal. I’m hoping some 9-0’s and friends would like to do this challenge with me..cough cough cough…9-0’s…cough….
I’ve always wanted to take a live picture of this. Too bad it wasn’t with my DSLR.
Man, now why didn’t I think of this when I was his age! Extra points with the ladies…

-Food competition is over, back to regular diet. 30 days for 10 lbs. Lets do this.
